The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is looking for experts to participate in the expert review of the First Order Draft (FOD) of the Methodology Report on Inventories for Short-lived Climate Forcers (MR SLCF). Registration is open until 13 February 2026.

The IPCC is looking for Coordinating Lead Authors, Lead Authors, and Review Editors for the IPCC Methodology Report on Carbon Dioxide Removal Technologies, Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories (Additional guidance). The deadline for nomination is 3 December 2025.

La 62e session plénière du Groupe d’expert·e·s intergouvernemental sur l’évolution du climat (GIEC) vient de se terminer. Les négociations ont notamment porté sur la date de publication et le contenu du prochain rapport d’évaluation sur le changement climatique. Ces négociations ont été marquées par des intérêts politiques parfois opposés. Sebastian König, de l'Office fédéral de l'environnement (OFEV), était présent et met les choses en perspective comme suit.
